What is OIETC?

Modules of the OIETC’s English Language Level Test (ELLT)

There are four parts to the ELLT, they are: 

Reading: you will have 40 minutes to complete.

Writing: You will have 60 minutes to complete an opinion-based essay. 

Listening: take 20 minutes to complete.

Speaking: you need to complete three subs in around 15 minutes.

To access the writing and speaking portions of the ELLT test, you must first complete the reading and listening sections. The first two sections are automated, while the writing section’s essay is directly sent to a human examiner through your ELLT portal for grading. You can only take the speaking section in a live session with an online examiner after completing the first three sections.
