History

Nottingham Trent University or NTU was established in Nottingham, England in 1962. The university has more than 30,000 students enrolled in its campuses. The educational institution has made the Complete University Guide’s list of the top 20 universities in the United Kingdom for student satisfaction and 2017; the TEF gave them a Gold rating in teaching.

Student Life

Nottingham Trent University is located in a city known for its lively cultural hub with theatres, galleries, cinemas, museums, and live music venues. Nottingham Trent University provides guaranteed accommodation to new students if they book and pay their booking fee for housing by 31 May. The guaranteed accommodation deadline for international students and postgraduate students is 30 July.

The educational institution’s campuses are connected by a regular bus service that operates within the city. Students can travel free of charge between the city and a few halls of residence that are located far away.

Nottingham Trent University’s City Campus has established its own tram network. Students can also rent a bike to travel throughout the educational institution for the entire academic year for £39 plus deposit.
