History

St. George’s University of London, commonly known as St. George’s, has a prestigious history as one of the United Kingdom’s leading medical institutions. The history of St. George’s dates back to its foundation as St. George’s Hospital Medical School in Hyde Park Corner, London. The school was initially created to address the pressing need for trained medical professionals in the city.
